QUEEN D

Name: QUEEN D

Hometown: SACRAMENTO, CA

I was born In The lovely city of the 916 Sacramento, CA. I was raised by the most Spectacular woman Ever! My Grandmother. She decided when I was about 5 years old to move us to this little town 15 minutes north of Fresno called Madera (The Heart of California) The exact middle of California.

Growing up in a small town you learn quickly how to be creative. As a young girl I watched football with my Grandfather and Uncle. They are fans of that other team that resides on the other side of the Bay. I quickly knew where my heart resided. They were playing one Sunday night against this team I hadn't seen as of yet. As soon as the coin tossed, my life in the Raider Nation began. I some how knew that the Raiders were the exact opposite of San Fransisco. Everything I didn't like about them, I LOVED about the Raiders!

While in Elementary school I was teased, because of the fact that I'm this little girl who not only liked a boys sport in football but because my Team was the Raiders. Kids can be mean, but no matter what... I NEVER GAVE UP MY RAIDER FAITH.

I attended Madera High for 2 years and then transfered to independent schooling. I Received my certificate in Medical Terminology, and with that realized many opportunities I had.

After School I traveled around for a while. I went on a 3,000 mile road trip from Fresno, CA to Miami, FL. We drove the 10 the whole way... and in EVERY state and city we passed though, I saw at LEAST 1 Raider fan. It was fantastic! After that I made a trip and Moved to Los Angeles. I ended up there for Only 2 months, but enjoyed myself immensely. Even with all these years that pass from the Raiders moving back to Oakland, you can still feel the presence there.

In the summer of 2006, I moved back home to Sacramento and is where I reside now. With only a short drive to Oakland, I could not ask for anything more. I make my way to the Black Hole during the season with my Friend. It definitely is a second home.

When I'm not in the Black Hole, I'm working for a Non-Profit organization during the day.

So this is me Queen D. I hope you enjoy my writings... I love to hear from the Raider Nation!

GOOO RAAAAAIIIIIIIDDDDDDEEEEEERRRRRSSSSS!!!!!

SONIC RAIDER

NAME: ALEX DIGIOVANNI aka SONIC RAIDER

HOMETOWN:

My name is Alex DiGiovanni but I chose my Raider name to be 'Sonic Raider' after video game/cartoon character Sonic The Hedgehog.  I'm currently in my low-to-mid 20s, still attending school for Business Administration.  Will be in the Marketing field once I graduate.

While I have never attended a Raider game up to this point, I plan on going to one in the future.  I pride myself on being a student of the game of football and a student of the Raiders.  I read up on as much history on the team as possible as well as watch as many clips of Raiders' past games as I can get my hands on.  I look up each player's skills, strengths, weaknesses, etc.  I watch closely for different schemes and formations.  I include offensive linemen because they get the least amount of attention of every position in football.  I love to serve the Raider Nation in as many ways as possible as I pour every ounce of my heart and soul to contributing to our team and fans.  Hell, I even focus on serving the Nation more than my studies, hehe.

I also pride myself on being a draft guru, I read up on which players the Raiders are rumored to pick up each year in the draft.  Who I believe we should go after and who to stay away from.

My belief is that everyone should be able to say only what they feel and not what others expect them to say regarding players and teams.  I enjoy talking with Raider fans from all over, whether they be from Oakland or far away around the world.   I also enjoy smack talking with fans of other teams.  I am a big supporter of our men and women in uniform who serve our country.  Lastly, I consider myself to be a Christian Raider fan, meaning how I behave in regards with the team and within our Nation all depends on what our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ would do given the same situation.  All you gotta do is to keep God first place and He will make anything possible.

TEDDAWG

Name: TEDDY aka TEDDAWG

Hometown: POMONA, CA

teddawg@bleedsilverandblack.com - www.myspace.com/bleedsilverandblack.com - www.facebook.com/teddawg - www.dawghouzesports.com - store@bleedsilverandblack.com

34 year old TEDDAWG was born and raised in Pomona, CA. TEDDAWG learned a lot about sports at an early age from his father and his two older brothers. He practiced with the Garey High School wrestling team and hung out with the Garey's Varsity Football Team while in elementary and junior high schools. TEDDAWG's oldest brother Rob exposed football to him at a young age and they were both fans of the RAIDERS. TEDDAWG's other brother Sean is a Steeler fan. The brothers believe that this is probably due to the fact that their mom was born in Pennsylvannia.

At a young age while in elementary school TEDDAWG was excited about the RAIDERS drafting BO JACKSON. The thought of a professional athlete playing in two major sports was exciting to him. When he saw Bo Jackson play for the first time it was all said and done. TEDDAWG's love for the RAIDERS grew deep. At that very moment TEDDAWG's heart skipped a beat and Silver & Black Blood started flowing through his viens. TEDDAWG has undying loyalty to the RAIDERS and his second family the RAIDER NATION! Go RAIDERS!

Teddawg started BleedSilverAndBlack.Com as a tribute to the RAIDERS, the RAIDER NATION, and his friends the POMONA RAIDER DAWGS in August of 2005. The Original Website was a white, black, and navy blue design that contained only 5 pages with pictures from the Pomona Raider Dawgs annual trips to Oakland. The website is currently over 70 pages wide and growing with hundreds of pictures, interviews, blogs, news, events, and infomation on the RAIDERS and the greatest fans in the world the One and Only RAIDER NATION!

Please note: The Pomona Raider Dawgs are not a Booster Club. There is no open enrollment or joining process. It is just a large group of friends that grew up together and are united by their love for the Raiders and the hometown that they all grew up in. Thank you for the inquiries.
